Alfateh-Emall(ONGOING PROJECT)

This ongoing project covers the complete lighting scope for a large scale high rise development combining a commercial mall, office floors, and residential apartments. We are handling the full package, from a centrally controlled architectural facade to all interior and back of house lighting, manufactured in-house and installed by our own team.

The centrepiece of the project is the building’s centralised RGBW automated facade lighting solution, the first large scale system of its kind in Lahore. The facade integrates 1,000 units of 36W wall washers for broad colour illumination across the elevation, 300 units of 12W vivid linear fixtures to define architectural lines, and 42 units of 144W spot lights for high intensity accenting and projection. A further 200 units of 3W dot lights are installed across the curtain glazing to create a fine, pixel level detail layer on the glass surface. Running on a centralised control system, the facade supports full RGBW colour mixing and automated dynamic sequencing, allowing scheduled scenes and programmed lighting effects across the entire building envelope.

Inside the building, we are installing 600 units of our 60W linear trunking system across the commercial mall areas to deliver bright, uniform illumination on the retail floors. Hallways and fire escape routes are covered by 1,500 units of 15W downlights for consistent, code compliant lighting throughout the circulation spaces, while the parking levels use 800 units of batten lights for high output and full coverage. These are supported by a range of supplementary fixtures including wall lights, arch lights, and open panel lights across the building’s common and functional areas.

The result is a landmark installation that combines a signature architectural facade with large scale interior functionality, delivered end to end from manufacturing through to on-site commissioning.
